- Collaborated with the Directors to develop program assessment measures over the 2019-2020 academic year.
- Initiated and conducted an assessment of Writing Center effectiveness on student study-abroad placements.
- Launched and maintained a social media presence for the Writing Center on Instagram and Twitter.
- Participated in the partnership between the Westville Prison Facility and the Moreau College Initiative to open up conversations with incarcerated students about writing.
- Assisted military veterans transitioning to college by tutoring writing skills through the Warrior-Scholars project.
- Served as a writing specialist by leading nine Ph.D. writing seminars, directing six goal-setting bootcamp sessions, and conducting two undergraduate revision workshops.
- Coached writing improvement in over 150 one-on-one sessions with undergraduate, graduate, post-doctoral, and faculty members both in person and through Zoom.
